Highlights from Wings Over Illawarra 2021 in Wollongong NSW, Australia. The largest airshow in the country during the RAAF’s centennial year, the airshow featured various aircraft from the air arm’s past, present and future, including the first fully aerobatic display by an RAAF F-35A Lightning and the final airshow appearance by an RAAF F/A-18A Hornet.
Locally-based HARS contributed the Caribou and Neptune, while newly-reformed 100 Squadron RAAF provided a Boomerang, Hudson and their newly-restored English Electric Canberra.
